Get in Touch

Questions about a guide? Spotted an error? Have a suggestion for a topic we should cover, or a partnership inquiry? EJDM operates this portal and reads every message personally. There is no support ticket black hole here — your message lands with the people who write and maintain the site. Drop us a line below; we’d genuinely like to hear from you.

What We’d Love to Hear About

Most messages we receive fall into a few categories, and all of them are welcome:

  • Questions about a guide: something unclear, or a follow-up our article didn’t cover. Tell us which guide and what you’re trying to figure out.
  • Corrections: found outdated data, a broken link, or a factual error? Point us to the page and tell us what’s wrong — this is one of the most valuable things a reader can do, and we fix verified errors promptly.
  • Topic suggestions: is there a career question you can’t find a straight answer to? Suggest it. Reader requests genuinely shape our editorial calendar.
  • Partnership inquiries: if you represent an employer, educational institution, or nonprofit whose work aligns with helping job seekers, tell us who you are and what you have in mind.
  • Media and press: journalists and researchers are welcome to reach out about our guides and the labor-market data we cite.

What to Include in Your Message

A few details make it much easier for us to give you a useful answer:

  • The title or link of the guide your message relates to, if any.
  • A clear description of your question, correction, or idea — the more specific, the better.
  • For corrections, what the page currently says and what it should say. A link to a primary source (a BLS page, an employer’s career site, a government resource) helps enormously.
  • For partnerships, a short note on who you are, what you do, and what you’re proposing.

What Happens After You Send

Your message goes directly to the EJDM team behind JobPath USA. We read everything, usually within a day, and we aim to reply to every message within 2–3 business days. During busy periods it can occasionally take a little longer, but no message goes unread or unanswered.

If you reported an error, we’ll verify it and update the guide — many of our best fixes have come from readers. If you suggested a topic, we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s something we plan to cover. And if you asked a question we can’t answer well, we’ll say so rather than guess.

A Note on Privacy

We only use your contact details to respond to your message. We don’t add you to any marketing list, share your information, or use it for anything else. Please don’t include sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, passport details, or immigration documents — the contact form isn’t the place for those, and we’ll never ask for them. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.

One Important Limitation

We can answer questions about our guides and the general information they contain, but we cannot provide personal legal or immigration advice. Questions like “which visa should I apply for?” or “is this job offer legitimate?” depend on your specific circumstances, and answering them properly requires a professional who can review your case. If your situation involves a visa, a contract, or a legal dispute, consult a qualified attorney.

Prefer Browsing First?

Many common questions are already answered in our guides. If you haven’t yet, take a look at Highest Demand Jobs in the USA (2026), How to Write a US Résumé — with Examples, and Best US Cities to Find a Job (2026) — and if your question survives the reading, we’ll be glad to hear it.
